Snow pea microgreens may help to prevent iron deficiency, as well as being a great source of protein.
They add a delicate fresh crunch to your favourite meal. Serve them on eggs, soups and salads.
Radish microgreens are packed with Vitamins B3, B6, C, A, K and E.
With a slightly spicy flavour they will add zing to your salads, fish, chicken and red meat recipes.
